Can I cancel/change my order?
Abrand Jeans want to get your order to you as soon as possible, so once an order is placed it usually can’t be amended.
Do I have to pay international customs/duties?
Yes, customers outside of Australia may incur additional import fees as set by your local customs laws. As this varies so much around the world, they can’t provide an estimate of these costs prior to delivery, unfortunately.

What is the return policy?
Abrand Jeans reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet the return conditions listed above.
Abrand Jeans will contact you via email once your return has been received and processed. This will usually happen within three business days of delivery, however, delays may occur during high order volume times. As they cannot process your refund before your return has been delivered, they would recommend keeping a record of your parcel tracking number for peace of mind.
Unfortunately, they do not offer exchanges for change of mind or if you choose the wrong size, so if you would like a replacement item please place a new online order.
Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in Service Denim stores. Abrand Jeans products purchased from another retailer must be returned to that retailer.
Please be aware that they do not cover the shipping costs to send returns back to them unless the product is faulty or you were sent an incorrect item.
How long does it take to receive a refund/credit?
Abrand Jeans aim to process your return within 3 business days of receiving your order. Abrand Jeans’ll send you an email once it’s all completed.
