After check-out and payment, it is no longer possible to change or cancel an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to Alexandre de Paris customer service through the contact form.

After Alexandre de Paris receive and accept your return, the average delay to get your refund ranges from 2 to 7 working days. The refund will go through the original payment method used for the purchase or through issuing a coupon, valid on their e-boutique exclusively. The original shipping costs will be refunded only for the return of the full order.

You can change your mind: within 14 working days from the delivery date, you can return an item. Return shipment fees are on you. In case an order is thoroughly returned, the first shipment costs will be included in the refund. Products have to be returned in their original packaging and shall not have been worn.
