How do I amend an order?
To make changes to your order, please email the necessary amendments and your order number to them via queries@blacktulipflowers.com, or contact them using live chat.
How can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is requested 24 hours in advance of the delivery date and time. If an order has been shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of perishables such as flowers, fruits, chocolates, etc., 50 % of the product is also non-refundable.
