What do I do If I receive a faulty/damaged item?
If you’re returning goods due to defects, an incomplete order or incorrect delivery, they will refund you both the price you paid for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return package. Please obtain a receipt from your Post Office so we can process the full refund for your return postage costs.
What is your return policy?
They hope that you’re delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not, you may return it any time up to 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the goods remain unopened and in their original packaging. You are required to arrange and pay for the postage of any returned goods. To arrange a return please contact orders@bleachlondon.co.uk and they will allocate you a returns code and returns address. Please include this code with your return to ensure they can process it as efficiently as possible.
Once they receive your returned goods they will issue a refund, if appropriate, for the full value of your purchase. This will be debited back as a credit to the payment method used for the original purchase. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach them. For your own protection, they suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery). Please ensure returned goods are stored safely as they will not be responsible for goods that are damaged while in transit.
