How long does it take to print a book or wall art?
Book production takes 4 to 5 business days, not including shipping. Most Blurb books arrive 7 to 11 business days after you place the order, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout and the destination. You will see estimated delivery dates at checkout. Wall Art production takes 5 business days, not including shipping. Most Blurb Wall Art arrives 7 to 11 business days after you place the order, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout and the destination. You will see estimated delivery dates at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel an order yourself within three hours of placing it by following the steps below. After that three-hour window has passed, the order is sent into production and can’t be canceled not by you or customer support. Customer support is unable to cancel orders for you. You must sign in to your Blurb account and cancel the order yourself and you must do that within the three-hour window. The contents of your book or wall art can’t be changed after your order. But you can cancel the order within the three-hour window, make changes, and upload/order the new version.
Can I expedite my order?
It is not possible to expedite an order through production. It takes 4-5 business days to print and bind your books. Shipping time is in addition to this. The only way to get your books to you as quickly as possible is to choose the fastest shipping speed available during checkout. Blurb shipping calculator presents shipping option estimates and when you purchase your book, specific shipping timelines will be presented. They do not have faster shipping methods than the ones you see during checkout.
What is the Blurb return policy?
If your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect they will replace it free of charge. Please let them know within 14 days of receiving your book. You can include photos of the damage or defect in the printed book for a faster resolution.
