What is the delivery method and time?
All items shown on their website are in stock. They despatch all orders within 24hrs of being placed, therefore they aim to deliver all orders in the UK within 2-5 working days, By Royal Mail First class or by their courier. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact them via the contact page. Orders can be delivered by the Express Delivery (if ordered by 12 noon) at an extra charge. Express deliveries will be despatched the same working day and normally arrive within 24 - 48 working hours. If ordered on a Friday the package may arrive on Monday, this is the next working day.
A signature may be requested on delivery for both standard and express deliveries.
Can I get a refund?
If you are not entirely delighted with your products, you may return them to them within 10 working days of receipt of your order. They will be more than happy to offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and in the original package unused. Their Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.
