What is Charles Tyrwhitt‘s returns policy?
Charles Tyrwhitt want you to love their products as much as they do, and believe their quality is second to none. Charles Tyrwhitt are so confident of this, they offer a six-month quality guarantee - that even applies to items purchased during the sale. As long as you have proof of purchase, then Charles Tyrwhitt will replace the item or give you a full refund if the product is not up to scratch.
The only exceptions to their six month guarantee are:
- Items that have been altered by Charles Tyrwhitt in any way (including sleeve shortening, addition of pockets, trouser alterations, jacket alterations and shortening of shirt tails) are non-refundable but can still be exchanged.
- Monogrammed products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Facemasks cannot be returned for Hygiene reasons.
How long does the return take?
Depending on the country you reside in, their Returns timeframes will differ. If you are returning items from within the UK, it can take up to 7 calendar days for your refund or exchange to be processed. If you are returning items from outside of Europe, it can take up to 15 working days for your return to be received and then a further 48 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed.
What if the item is faulty?
Provided the item is still within their generous six month guarantee period, Charles Tyrwhitt will have a replacement checked and sent out to you as quickly as possible. Of course, if you prefer, Charles Tyrwhitt will issue a full refund. Additionally, you will receive their sincere apologies and their assurance that there will be a great deal of soul searching at their end as to how they could have got it wrong!
If you have had the product for more than six months and feel that it has developed a fault that you would not normally expect, please get in touch with them before you send it back and Charles Tyrwhitt will do their best to resolve the problem.
