Am I able to amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Dartington Crystal will always try to accommodate changes but can only oblige if the goods have not already been picked and packed. If you do need to notify them of any changes, please do so ASAP to avoid any disappointment or extra charges. Engraved orders that have already been sent to their engraving team cannot be cancelled or amended.
What is Dartington Crystal return policy?
Every parcel sent out from them should include a Returns Form. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please do so within 28 days of purchase. Please fill in the form with as much detail as you can and ensure all returns are sent back in their original box and condition. This allows them to process any returns as quickly as possible. You can return an item to them, via the method of your choice but for peace of mind, they advise that all returns are returned to them via a tracking postal or courier service.
What should I do if items arrived damaged or broken?
If upon opening your parcel you find that any of your items have arrived damaged or broken, please do not return the items to them. Send them a photo of the damaged goods, along with all the information asked for on your returns form, to websales@dartington.co.uk. They will then get in touch with you and arrange for a replacement to be sent out at the earliest convenience.
