Jules B ships within those countries that are available during the checkout process.
Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return any items you do not wish to keep. Any items returned after the 14-day policy will entitle you to online credit only.
They aim to process all refunds within 1-2 working days of receiving the item. Please be aware that during seasonal peaks there may be a slight delay. All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s).
