Paul Smith accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Maestro, Amazon Pay, Klarna and PayPal.
Can I change the shipping address?
You can contact them to change the shipping address on your order prior to despatch. Following despatch, you may be able to do this via the courier’s page directly.
How do I know if my parcel has been despatched?
You will receive a notification confirming your order has been shipped.
What is your returns policy?
If you’ve changed your mind or are not fully happy with the goods in your Paul Smith order, during the Christmas period they will be accepting returns up to and including the 18th of January. You will then be entitled to a refund or an exchange (where stock is available) if the items are in their original condition and haven’t been washed, worn or damaged.
How long will it be before I get a refund or exchange?
Paul Smith Returns department are working very hard to process your return; however they politely request that you allow a maximum of 28 days before contacting their Customer Services department. You can a check if your return has been received by searching your tracking reference via the relevant courier website once received please allow 28 days for processing. As they have your email address noted on your order, Paul Smith will send you an automatic notification confirming when your order is refunded or exchange has been shipped to allow you to track your delivery.
