When will my order be delivered?
If you select ground shipping, your order will be delivered within 10 business days. If you select express shipping, your order will be delivered within 5 business days. (provided there are no shipping delays on the carrier’s end). When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to receive a parcel after a “delivery” notice is issued.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are difficult to facilitate even if the order hasn’t shipped yet. This is because your order’s invoice is sent to the warehouse immediately after your order is placed. There are hundreds of orders flowing through to the warehouse each day, and pulling a single order from the floor may not be possible. With that said, they want to help you in every way tentree can! Is it possible to exchange for a different style?
At this time, they are unable to facilitate exchanges for a different style altogether.
tentree recommend initiating a return. When you process a return, you will receive an instant gift code which can be used towards anything else on their website. There are no strings attached, you can use the gift code to purchase something else, or wait for a cash refund when your item is returned to them.
