What is your current shipping status?
In-stock orders normally ship within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class mail. Orders over 5 pairs will automatically ship via Priority Mail. Print to Order Custom Items takes an additional 3-5 business days for processing. They also offer UPS shipping options at the checkout. Please note, orders shipped out of the United States do take longer to be delivered. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your package to arrive.
Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, The Sox Box has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
I have received the wrong order. What should I do?
At sock camp, they practice daily on verifying orders. These skills are honed and polished so that their customers should never experience the scare of receiving a Sox Box sock that is different from the one ordered. If you have received socks that you simply did not order please contact them ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org or on their contact page. They will fix that order right away so you can rest assured that your feet will not need to wait much longer for their special friends.
