How to return the item?

Items must be returned with a cover note detailing the reason for the return. To enable products to be returned free of charge, a Royal Mail return sticker can be downloaded here and attached to the package. If it is not possible to use the return sticker, or the Goods are being returned from outside the UK, they will reimburse standard postage costs to the original card the item was paid for or where this is not possible, a reimbursement will be made by cheque.
