What payment methods do you accept?
Vitamin Planet accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Ali Pay, Word Pay and PayPal.
Can I choose my delivery day?
No, they don’t offer a nominated day delivery service at present. For all orders on the Next Day (Express) service, you are aware of the expected delivery day as being the next working day.
Is a signature needed?
Not always, a signature may be required for delivery on their next day service, so please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.
What to d if I receive a damaged product?
Occasionally things can go wrong and parcels get damaged by their lovely couriers. Please report the damage to their customer services team within 48 hours of receiving your items. They will request photographic evidence of any damaged goods in respect of your claim. Authorization must then be provided by them to return the damaged goods before they can release any credit or arrange any product(s) re-shipments.
Any orders returned to them because they were supplied insufficient address details are subject to a re-delivery charge.

before returning an item to request a Returns Form. If the item is returned without an authorization code they will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that if the item has already been shipped from their warehouse a 20% handling charge will apply. Your statutory rights are not affected. How do I return a product?
If you wish to return a product, you must email [email protected]
confirming your request within 14 days of the item being received. A member of their team will be in touch, and subject to acceptance, will provide a returns authorisation number and address. This will enable you to return the order.
Please note: Items cannot be accepted without receipt of your returns authorisation number.
