When can I expect my order to arrive with me?
Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery (dependant on your delivery destination).
Wanderlust offer On-Demand Delivery with DHL express. Please note, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification notifying you of this in which you will receive detailed tracking. Here you can closely follow your delivery.
You will receive an email/text message once your parcel arrives in your country and can opt to have the signature released, or sent to your local post office. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country.
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
Yes. Wanderlust offer refunds or store credits on all full-priced items purchased via their Ecomm store.
The returned item should be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with hygiene stickers attached with the original Wanderlust tags. If your items do not meet expectations, or any markings are found their returns team will be in touch.
All return claims must strictly be lodged within 21 days of purchasing and once your return received, they will be in touch via email to notify of the refund or to issue you with your store credit.
Please note, they strictly do not offer any returns or store credits on sale items. These items are final.
What happens once I place my order?
Once your order Is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from them.
You will then receive a notification once your order has been dispatched which you can following the tracking closely. See shipping details above for delivery time frames.
I have received a faulty item, what do I do?
If you believe you have received a faulty item and/or are disappointed with the product, please email email@example.com with photos attached and their production team will assess and deem the item faulty or not. If the item is indeed faulty, Wanderlust will of course process a full refund.
The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?
If an item or size is currently out of stock online, please sign up via their website to ensure you are first notified. To do so, please go onto the desired products page, choose your sizing preference and enter your email in the field ‘email when available’.
