My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?
While the majority of orders do arrive on time, there are occasionally postage delays, particularly with international orders depending on the speed of your local postal carrier or possible local public holidays. If you believe your order hasn’t arrived on time please contact them.
What if my watch stops working or is faulty?
If the movement on your watch stops working within your warranty period please return it at your earliest convenience (Please contact them first so they can provide you with return instructions). Please ensure you use a tracked postal service to ensure the watch is not lost in the post. Retain your receipt for postage and they will reimburse you for the cost if a manufacturing fault is confirmed. Their returns department is incredibly efficient and dedicated to resolving any issues as quickly as possible. If they cannot fix your watch they will issue a refund in full.
When will I be refunded?
99% of refunds are processed within 3-5 working days from the date the watch is returned, during peak holiday periods refunds may take slightly longer.
