What are the Groupon payment methods?

When I tried to book my tour with the operator, they said there was a surcharge for the dates I want, why?
Merchants strive to keep these occurrences to a minimum, but some dates may incur a surcharge if they are particularly popular and become overbooked. This is because the tour operator market is subject to demand shifts which lead to price fluctuations. Feel free to ask the Merchant for dates and times you can fly without surcharge. If you do decide to go ahead with a surcharge, this will be paid directly to the Merchant, and the cost will be advised at the time of booking. You can always find surcharge details (if any) on the Deal Fine Print prior to purchase.
Is travel insurance included with the travel deals on Groupon?
Travel insurance is not included, it is strongly recommended to purchase the appropriate cover after booking to ensure that you have a safe and hassle-free experience.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds issued in Groupon Credits will be processed in 1–2 business days and available for use toward other eligible purchases on the site. You can see your Credits balance in the top right corner of your My Groupons page when signed in.
Refunds to a credit or debit card will also be processed in 1–2 business days, but it can take your bank a few additional days to route the funds correctly and post them to your account. If it’s been longer than 10 business days, you’ll need to check with the claims department of your bank directly.
I have purchased the product by mistake, what should I do?
They are sorry to hear that you received an item that you purchased by mistake.
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it in order to receive a full refund. To make a return, scroll back up to your order details and click on Return Item. Their online return centre will guide you through the steps to print your return label and return the product.
