Here are some great tips & tricks for extra savings at Riva:
Riva accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Cash On Delivery.
Riva ships within the UAE only.
Unfortunately, Riva does not have this option at the moment, but you may exchange the size or the colour of the item you’ve purchased online from the nearest Riva store to you within 14 days of receiving the item just by presenting the invoice that was sent to you initially once the order was placed.
If you are not satisfied with your order then you can return it within 14 days from the date of the purchase.
Once they receive your returned items Riva will initiate the voucher creation request or the refund request depending on your request. Voucher creation usually takes 24 hours from receiving the order and the refund process might take up to 14 days.
