What is ALT payment method?

ALT accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How can I pay for fees?

They currently support Stripe payments for paying for listings (buy now, offer, auctions) as well as outtake shipments. They don’t currently have support for covering other types of fees using Stripe. The current workaround for this is to deposit funds using a wire, which can be done by contacting support (support@alt.xyz).

Can a sold item get returned by the buyer?

With ALT taking custody and verifying the legitimacy of the item, every sale will be final.

Can I sell raw cards on ALT?

Raw cards are not supported at this time. Only PSA, BGS, SGC graded cards can be sold on Exchange. This allows them to verify the authenticity and ensure you are purchasing investment-grade assets. Please note cards with "Authentic" traits are ineligible for sale - including Authentic-Only Grades, Authentic Aftermarket Autographs, etc. You can Vault any raw or graded cards with ALT for a one-time fee of $5 per card, which includes digitization, storage, and insurance. Please note this fee can only be paid with funds from your ALT Account. They currently do not accept any other payment methods.

How are the selling prices determined for cards on fixed price?

Their fixed-price marketplace is where you can buy and sell pre-authenticated sports cards with the lowest fees in the industry at 5%. In addition, users have complete control and can seamlessly determine all listing prices. Once vaulted, you can select "List on ALT" on a card, select "Sell at a fixed price," enter your desired list price, select List, and then Confirm listing.

Can I cancel my transaction?

Note: All confirmed purchases, sales, deposits, and withdrawals on ALT are final. Before any transaction is initiated, you will always receive a confirmation prompt. Only select Confirm once you are sure you want the transaction to be processed as described in the confirmation window. All transactions on the platform are final.
