They currently use USPS or UPS for all shipments.

Orders delivering within the United States of America can take anywhere from 5-10 business days with USPS or 3-6 days with UPS after it has shipped. This duration is dependent upon its final destination relative to their facility in Ohio. Please visit USPS.com or UPS.com for more details.

Please be aware they must adhere to international shipping policies. All orders shipped outside the USA are subject to import/customs/duties, etc. By accepting these terms of service, you accept any and all responsibility to pay for those fees. They understand the custom fees are sometimes astronomical, but the values of packages must remain true to invoices under U.S. Law. Thank you for understanding.

They can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please consider your country's restrictions before making your purchase.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies they use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Custom orders may be changed or cancelled for a full refund so long as the request is received prior to the start of production. Production start times vary, so you will need to contact their customer service representative to determine the status of your order. If production of your order has begun you may still cancel or make changes to your custom items but are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the loss of time and materials already invested in fulfilling the original order request.

Please carefully read the policy outlined. All items are subject to a 30-day return window. They must be returned in new condition, along with original labels and/or paired items such as cotton storage or stuff sacks. Please note that they do not accept returns for used items of any kind. All items with visible signs of use or noticeable odour will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense. If you feel as though you have a warranty issue, please read their Warranty Policy to learn more about the warranty claims process.

Be sure to contact their customer service representative at sales@hammockgear.com before mailing any item to receive approval as well as the RMA# necessary for processing your return. You may also simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Your request will be approved by customer service and you will then be issued an RMA# via email. This RMA# needs to be clearly noted on the exterior of the return package for processing at their facility.

All approved items must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving the return approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Once they have received and processed the returned item, they will contact you via email to notify you that your refund has been issued. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receiving this notification. All refunds are applied to the original payment method used to purchase the item.
