What is the return policy for a customer account?

* Fill out the form and send it off. You can then download and print out your completed return form and your return label. Shipping is, therefore, free of charge for you.
* Pack the items securely for shipping, enclose the return slip and attach your return label to the package
* After Hemden.de have received your return, the condition of the returned items will be checked by them. If the return complies with their terms and conditions, you will be reimbursed (this process can take 5-7 days)
