KKday accepts VISA, Mastercard, all of the major Credit/Debit Cards, and PayPal.
How can I contact the seller?
When your order is completed, you can click “Contact them” in "Orders" to communicate with the seller or KKday customer service for any further information. If you have questions about the product before you make reservations, you can also click “Contact their customer service" to send out your request to them.
What if the seller cancels my order?
Under very limited circumstances, the local seller has to cancel confirmed orders. They are experienced travellers, they fully understand this inconvenience and will try to provide a solution to make your travel experience unforgettable anyhow.
Is there a contact number at the destination for me to call?
After the booking is completed, you can check the seller's contact number in the member centre. KKday also will provide you with the emergency contact number via email a day before your travel date so that you could ask them for help even though you are in other countries. Please, no worries.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
If your flight is delayed due to force and you cannot arrive on time, please contact your seller and KKday immediately and also provide references related as proof.
