Shipping Times All standard deliveries take 2-4 working days. UK Next Day Delivery (excluding Northern Ireland) Monday to Friday, place your order before 3 p.m., ensuring you have selected the Next Working Day delivery option during the checkout process.
The next-day guarantee excludes weekends and bank holidays. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
You will not be able to track this unexpected return. A member of their customer care team will be in touch to arrange a refund or resend. To return an order you’ve accepted for a refund, please visit their returns page and check their policy. They regret that they cannot arrange exchanges.
To return an order, please email them at contact@lyiastudio.com with the email subject as your order number, explaining the reason for your return, and they will send you instructions on how to return your product.
They can accept returns of items with the original tags attached within 14 days (they also have a strict 14-day return policy for sale items). They cannot accept items outside of this return window, and if items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn, or are returned outside of the return window, they will notify you and ask that you arrange shipping of your order back to your address at your own cost.
They reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with these requirements. Once they receive your return, they will process your refund and send you an email confirmation. They will refund you the price you paid for the goods, excluding delivery costs, using the method you used for payment. Please note that shipping, handling charges, and taxes paid are not refundable. At the moment, they do not offer free domestic or international returns unless your item is defective.
Please ensure that for returns inside and outside of the UK, your package is prepaid and insured in case of damage. Please remember to save/obtain proof of purchase. All archive sale items are sold as seen, and they’re not able to offer any refunds or exchanges on items purchased at the LYIA archive sale.
At the moment, they do not offer exchanges, but they’re happy to accept returns of unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of the order date. You’d then be able to go ahead and place a new order.
