When you purchase a product, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, which contains your order information. You can then follow your order details on My Account. If you haven’t been able to locate it, you can contact MODSIE to request it to be emailed to you again.

To ensure a safe shopping experience for MODSIE Users, each product is subject to a Quality Control process by the MODSIE team of experts. When you order a product that is being sold on MODSIE by a User, the Seller will ship the product to MODSIE first for Quality Control. Once the product has been deemed compliant by the MODSIE team, MODSIE will ship the product to you.

The seller is sent an email advising that their product is sold and advised to ship the product as soon as possible. However, it is important to note that MOSDIE doesn’t have control over how fast the Seller ships the product to them. If after 15 days the product has not been shipped, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

When you order a product bearing the “48h” tag, your product is already in the MODSIE Office and has already been deemed compliant by their Quality Control Team. It will be shipped to you under 48h!

If you order a product with the “48h” tag, your Product will be shipped under 48 hours and then you’ll receive it regarding the post office delay.

If you order a product from another User, they will be asked to ship us the product as soon as possible for its Quality Control. The MODSIE Quality Control team will endeavour to check your Product under 48h once received, and then ship it to you.

SHIPPING

Products bearing the “48h” tags are stored in the MODSIE office. These products have already had their authenticity and quality verified by the MODSIE Quality Control Team.

They will be shipped to you within 48h of the purchase!

MODSIE use Australia Post to ship our products and the shipping costs are determined based on the size and weight of the order. The Shipping Costs vary depending on whether the Buyer is located in Australia or abroad and vary relatively of the value and estimate weight and size of the Product.

MODSIE do ship to countries outside of Australia. You will be able to estimate your shipping costs while viewing your Shopping Cart before you start the checkout process. MODSIE use Australia Post to ship our products and the shipping costs are determined based on the size and weight of the order.

If you order a product to be delivered outside Australia, you need to be aware that you may need to pay additional customs fees when you receive your parcel. You should first research the costs from your national customs agency to understand the additional fees you may need to pay.

PAYMENT

We have chosen PayPal, Stripe and ZipPay as methods of payment because they are very secure and internationally trusted payment platforms. Your payment information is never disclosed to MODSIE.

To use your voucher codes, please enter the code you have been supplied with during the checkout process. If the voucher is valid, the voucher discount will be applied to your order total. Your voucher can only be used for a single order and is not refundable.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

For products sold by Modsie

If you have purchased a product that is sold by Modsie (as indicated in the product detail page), if you are not completely satisfied by your product, you can return the unused product within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The returned Product must not have been worn and must still bear its Modsie Label.

For products sold by Users on Modsie

If you have purchased a product that is sold by another User on Modsie, your order cannot be cancelled or returned as it has been sold by a private individual.

If an order has been cancelled (e.g. we have not received the Product from the Seller or if the product has been declared non-compliant by the MODSIE Quality Control Team), MODSIE will refund you within 7 days of the cancellation.
