How to cancel the order?
You can log in your account to cancel the unpaid order directly, or you can contact their customer service to cancel the order.
What is the insurance fee?
Shipping insurance offers premium protection and safety for your valuable items during international shipping. They‘ll reship your parcel at no extra charge if it’s confirmed lost or damaged.
How to track an order?
After shipping the order out, they will email you the tracking number and link. You can also log in your user account, to track the order.
What is your return policy?
They have high-quality control standard to make sure all the products they ship are in perfect conditions. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.
Please log in My Orders and submit a ticket, indicate which items you would like to return and the reason for the return. They will help you process a return and refund you for the amount of the items you have selected.
When will I get the refund?
* The refund will be issued within 7 business days upon the receipt by our warehouse and verified the conditions of the items.
* It normally takes one business day for the refund to appear on your Rotita wallet. The balance in your wallet could either be applied to your future purchases or withdrawn to your PayPal/bank account at any time.
* It normally takes 10-20 business days which depends on your financial institution for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card. Or 1-3 working days in PayPal (normally in 48 hours ), that depends on the original way you used.
