What courier do you use for deliveries?
They use Royal Mail, FED EX, OCS, DPD, and City Sprint (London Same-day Delivery). Delivery is dependent on the availability and they reserve the right to use third-party courier in order to get your parcel to you on time.

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
All orders placed before 4.00 pm (GMT) will be shipped that day, dependent on payment and stock availability. You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email, sent to the email address on your online account or used at purchase. Also, a copy of your tracking number will be in order history in your accounts area.
Can I Exchange An Item Outside Of The Returns Period?
Unfortunately not. They have different returns policies for different items
For full priced items, they are not able to exchange an item outside of their 30 days Returns Policy.
For Items Marked As Sale, they are not able to exchange an item outside of their 14 days returns period as per their returns Returns Policy.
For Items Marked As DEADSTOCK: These items are EXCHANGE ONLY. They are not able to accept exchange requests upon these items after their 14 days return period expires as per their returns Returns Policy.
How long does it take to process returns?
They aim to process any returns within 1-2 working days of receiving them.
Which credit cards do you accept?
They currently accept - Mastercard, VISA, Solo, Switch / Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta and Electron for payments online. Also, they do accept Paypal and Google Wallet.
